Description

Made in two parts, the Areole Table Lamp cleverly combines an external structure made entirely in aluminium that surrounds an internal sandblasted white glass shade. Available in polished nickel or black finish, the lamp has an industrial quality to its design. The concentric rings of metal follow the curved form of the glass shade inside, creating a sensuous silhouette. Designed in 2011 by Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance for the Italian brand Ceccotti Collezioni, the organic, fluid shapes and the juxtaposition of strong and fragile in the Areole Table Lamp are typical of the designers work.
