This beautiful Glove Cabinate was designed back in 1961 by Finn Juhl for his wife. It was originally created to be part of a bedroom suite and the set comprised of a small coffee table and two lounge chairs. The collection was crafted of solid cherry with stunning decorative details of wenge wood and brass. Presented by Ludwig Pontoppidan at the Cabinetmaker's Guild in 1961, this piece was part of Juhl's 25th and final guild exhibition. The 2015 version of the Glove Cabinate is produced to mirror the original perfectly, making it a very exclusive product indeed. This piece is only manufactured on request, making it a unique addition to any home. The Glove Cabinate is crafted with oil treated, handmade Japanese cherry. The handle is in solid wenge and the legs and main hinges are burnished in steel, complete with handmade lock and castors in solid brass. Exeptional.
