Description

The Kia Chair, designed by Giuseppe Vigano for Emmemobili is the pinnacle of the manipulation of wood. Created with curved plywood made by layering light, thin sheets of wood that are coated with quality resins and glues that are then laid carefully in moulds designed to create the unique shape of the chair. Emmemobili only use wood from re-planting trees or use in incredibly limited quantities - perfect for the environmentally conscious. The Kia chair is extremely difficult to produce making it a sculptural art piece. Have just one as your own signature piece, or place around a dining table for an unforgettable dining experience. Kia is also available upon request the version entirely made in shaped brass sheet.
