The Skyline Bookcase is a freestanding, modern bookcase designed by Vincenzo De Cotiis for Ceccotti Collezioni. The bi-facial design is made in plywood that is veneered in a mixture of wood – American walnut, wenge and maple wood, and is completely hand-finished with natural wax. The design evokes the silhouette of a city skyline, echoing it’s rigid lines and compact nature. Comprising of 9 sections each one varies in width, height and depth, which captures the energy and variety of a city skyline. The Skyline Bookcase is a stylish and playful way to organise and display books in the living area or bedroom.
