Antigua House

by Maurizio Pellizzoni

Antigua House is a family haven in the bustling heart of Chelsea. This period residence has endured a major structural upheaval to introduce a layout perfect for family living, including living extensions on the top floor and a basement excavation.

It boasts a colonial style, demonstrated in rich, sleek wooden floors and bright rooms in a tasteful taupe colour scheme, with natural linens and coir matting. Original artwork and interior accessories were sourced to create a space with a quirky personality, that still feels like a home. With brilliant leisure facilities including a cinema room, sauna and steam facilities, the residence is the perfect place for friends and family to gather. Skylight windows were also introduced throughout, giving an injection of natural light to the interiors and maximising space.
