Elvaston Place

Lawson Robb’s commission for this private client included interior architecture and design, to create a spacious 1500 sq ft bachelor pad out of a tired two-bedroom apartment. The result will retain the classic details of a Kensington townhouse while infusing modern twists throughout such as in the bespoke joinery and panelling.

The image of the bathroom shows a bespoke vanity unit, designed to look more like a piece of furniture than bathroom unit. This serves to blend the transition between bedroom and master bathroom and minimise the sense of clinical space that bathrooms can have.

Bathroom:

Italian Calacutta Oro marble on the vanity unit surface, which is a bespoke Lawson Robb design. Vinyl wall covering by Tektura Simba. Pendant lights by Lee Broom. Bathroom ware by The Watermark Collection
